I called for an indoor wasp infestation. They basically removed an old inactive outdoor wasp nest, and then swatted a few indoor ones and left after charging me $350. Since then, I’ve been battling wasps every day. They also said it was too early for a nest, but there is definitely a nest somewhere in my attic. I would think they would set traps, fumigate, do something! All the things I have read online about what to do, say hire a professional. I did and they did nothing! They’re only interested in getting a customer on their plans so they can auto-charge you, but they don’t even know how to handle pests. I’ve called and asked to speak with someone other than scheduling. It has been 24 hours and no one has called me back.
