While the repair Norman was very good he pointed out a problem that the inspector had missed that is serious. He spoke with our next door neighbor because of a common wall issue. Norman contacted his manager at ATCO who was to send us and our neighbor an estimate to fix the common wall area. I am very disappointed to say that no estimate or contact from ATCO has been attempted and the problem remains unaddressed. A voice mail I left on 12/9 was not returned.
