The assessment and service were punctual. The assessor made a thorough examination, listened tentatively, and provided a fair estimate. Additionally, he worked diligently to get the service scheduled as soon as possible. The technician provided excellent communication regarding his arrival. The target area was thoroughly taken care of. However, the technician began doing an indoor perimeter spray without authorization. The owner had pets inside that were sensitive to the chemicals and consequently became sick on contact. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review.
