I would give zero stars if I could. You hire very good - sometimes great - people. You have very good - maybe great - products. And you cannot figure out how to schedule a residential appointment. I get no notice, someone shows up at my house and treats the exterior. I have spiders and rodents in my home. I need interior and exterior treatments. "Jerry" calls me to say there is a "technical problem" in Ottawa. I ask him what that means. He says he doesn't know, because his manager only told him to call me and tell me there is a "technical problem. That, my friends, is execrable management. And you clearly have an administrative problem on the residential side of the business. You are trying to use technology to do the scheduling. I suspect that approach works just fine for the commercial operations, but I also bet that does not work for at least 50% of residential clients, and I bet you cannot tell me because I suspect you are not even paying attention. Or perhaps you would just not ever share that info, because you are too busy telling people what you decide they need to know. I am writing this review, because this may be the only way I can get your attention. I could help you find and fix your problem, but I am beginning to think you don't want to fix it. Too bad.
