Inspector showed up quickly for what we thought was only a small ant problem. He quickly assessed the situation and found out we had a rat problem. He listed out everything that we should do with prices right there. It was a long process and it seemed like information got jumbled from person to person (which happens a lot with larger companies). It was a hassle, and one of the workers who came out to make sure everything was done, said everything was done when it wasn't. Certain things like that happened that annoyed everyone. However, the manager got on top of it and was able to help get things rolling again. They did get the job done in the end though and we are thankful. Working with larger companies make things confusing sometimes especially when different departments handle different things and they aren't always in contact with eachother. But, I would recommend them; they get the job done right.
