The actual pest service is great - Richard is terrific; however the scheduling department is completely overwhelmed and you are never on hold less than 15 minutes when trying to schedule service -a message cannot be left because that mailbox is always full but despite this every 1 minute the cller is directed to do this - this scheduling needs to improve. This review would be 5 stars if I was just reviewing the service technician.
