Before going ahead with my installation, I did an AI comparison of pricing. Terminix prices were lee than most. The inspector, Lance, fully briefed Brandon and his teammate on all my requests. Brandon made it on time, briefed me on what was to be performed and nearly three hours after the start they came out exhausted but still pleasant and said that we had a decent crawlspace. They also mentioned that I should be aware of condensation from the AC unit, etc. Everything Brandon said and did was totally in synch with what Lance said. The three teammates went over and above the norm to do the job correctly and to treat me as a valued customer of nearly 20 years, great job. Thanks go to Shannon and the management team as well. Lance is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
