I thought you were great. This year I don"t understand why I"m paying for service and my yard is destroyed. I"ve gone to Lowe"s, I"ve called my nursery people (who told me to tell you that you weren"t doing your jobs), and I"ve repeatedly called for a dead yard. I wish I could send pics of my yard. It"s going to take me a month to kill my yard, remove the dead areas, buy a pallet of grass and replant. I did everything y"all told me to. The guys finally came out twice and sprayed but it"s really far gone 😔.
