I have used specialized for years and they have always had the friendliest technicians and great customer service. This time however, the technician went above and beyond. I was mid way through my work day when I remembered my dogs were loose in my backyard fence and Specialized was coming. I was trying to get to a stopping point with my work when my phone rang and it was the technician at my house, noting the dogs. I apologized and asked if he could wait ten minutes for me to get home and kennel them up. He told me UCB. They were friendly to strangers, he felt comfortable kenneling them for me. It was such a relief to me as I was having a rough day at work. When I arrived home, my dogs were kenneled and my home had been treated for insects. Another superior experience with Specialized.
