I have used specialized for years and they have always had the friendliest technicians and great customer service. This time however, the technician went above and beyond. I was mid way through my work day when I remembered my dogs were loose in my backyard fence and Specialized was coming. I was trying to get to a stopping point with my work when my phone rang and it was the technician at my house, noting the dogs. I apologized and asked if he could wait ten minutes for me to get home and kennel them up. He told me UCB. They were friendly to strangers, he felt comfortable kenneling them for me. It was such a relief to me as I was having a rough day at work. When I arrived home, my dogs were kenneled and my home had been treated for insects. Another superior experience with Specialized. Thanks!

Even though My guy mistakenly fertilized my lawn, he was very apologetic and did a great job on the pest control. Honest mistake, he owned it, and did a good job. My lawn had just been fertilized but my lawn guy was coming later in the day and sucked it away. 😆 I highly recommend this business, especially for Christmas decorations.

The specialist was very nice & accommodating & diff a go job, but unfortunately, we had a terrible hail & rainstorm right after he finished so I think everything he did was washed away. I’m afraid I paid for nothing.

On your most recent visit I informed your technician that I was still having spider issues. Today I HAD to lay down a diazanone product for multiple ant issues next to my deck. This is a major problem. I have not informed my wife yet. This is my review.

I totally Love having everything scheduled as far as fertilizing, spraying weeds and bugs! I don't have to worry about getting to it or remembering when I should do it-- Specialized just shows up and gets it done. They are so courteous too. Such a great service!

Travis the spray guy was really great. He actually found our house and sprayed both of your houses. He was kind and considerate as your guys usually are. Have passed one of your cards on to a friend who is having a bad wasp year and his spray company can't seem to take care of them. I told him you spray does the job like no other. Hope he contacts you.

Excellent service.

I saw a technician at another home and asked for a card, he said he had time to do it that day. The technicians name was Rhett. He was very nice and personal and let my little boys ask him questions and was very nice to them. Very impressed all together.
