I'd seen a few hornets around a bush in my front yard, but it wasn't till a neighbor looked at it from a different angle, that I realized I had a football-sized nest of Bald Faced Hornets!! Everyone in my neighborhood passes my house on the way to the park, including small kids. I was so afraid someone might get hurt. Based on the excellent reviews I found for Arterix/Beekeepers, I called them and they had someone here first thing the next morning. Craig was awesome! He arrived with his mask in place (as is required right now), got all suited up in his hornet-proof gear, and while my neighbors and I all watched from inside, he took care of the hornets and removed the entire nest. Then he toured my yard and examined the exterior of my house, looking for any potential trouble spots of other nests. Luckily, it was all clear. Craig is so knowledgeable - a real subject matter expert - and explained things to look out for. That was all last week, and today Craig returned as promised, to confirm that the hornets are indeed gone, and that no nest remains. I'm hugely impressed with the company; from my initial contact, to being able to pay the bill over the phone. Thank you!
