New customer, never owned a pool. Someone came to door day after moving in, and offered service $85/mo no contracts, clean pool and transition to salt water at no charge. Great!!! Went with them. Today was the first service appointment. The individual arrived wrinkled shirt, and only skimmed pool with a net and dump 2 gallons of stuff in pool. Looked at pool still dirt on stairs and lying in bottom of pool, dirty foot prints around edge of pool. I called explained pool still dirty. Person stated well that is a higher charge a month if you want it vacuumed. Say what? That was never discussed and I was told I was in a 12 month contract. That was not discussed as well. Expressed my displeasure they spoke with supervisor and they said nothing they could do and they would terminate my service. Wonderful thank you. Called the salesman that was at my house regarding the issue he said he would call his supervisor and call me back. Still no call back from him. Would not recommend this company ever. And will be sure that my neighbors that the majority have pools I will be sure to let them know NOT to do business with this company as well.
