I really appreciate this company. They give me exactly what I want (never try to upsell for more than we need) and they make scheduling effortless (i.e. they do it and just call me with a reminder). We recently had our regular quarterly inspection outside the home. I wasn't there and had neglected to call to report that I had just seen a single ant in the kitchen. When I got home that afternoon, I found the report that the inspector had observed active ants outside and treated (all within the scope of our contact). Problem solved - easy.
