We pay for a monthly service of checking and filling boxes with poison around our property, yet we would expect also a general check around the property to be sure there are no new holes. We pay for rodent protection yet have to specifically ask for an annual review to find and fill holes. This should be part of the monthly service to ensure our home is protected. We rely on ATCO's professional support which could be much more proactive.
