The tech who serviced my home was efficient, friendly, conscious of cleanliness.

However, I received a text ONE day before proposed service from the tech. That isn't adequate as I had 2 appointments already for that day. I prefer setting the service date MUCH further in advance so that I can plan around your date, respect your time as well as mine. I have 4 numbers for Lookout plus that of the tech once he texted me. No one was available to accept my call in an attempt to reschedule, no response to my voice message I left from the office (?) managers that I have accumulated. Perhaps you need to provide numbers of a responsible, available person for pest control and for termite protection?

I was only able to work out a new time with the tech which probably is not his responsibility?
