The level of respect and recognition of the Customer was not satisfactory. First I asked for a call prior to arrival and they gave a time range for the start of the appointment of between 12 and 2 pm. I got a call at approximately 11: 30 saying the service provider was 11 minutes away. I had to race over to meet him on his schedule not the one provided. Second when I picked the company one of my requirements was for the inspector to physically crawl the underside of the trailer. The inspector that arrived early informed me that he doesn’t go under trailers and refused to inspect that area. His whole inspection took 15 minutes and part of it was chatting with the owner. Third when he filled out the report it did not indicate whether he forms evidence of termites or not. I called the office and complained about the service and she checked my request form and then said that she would send out someone to crawl the underneath as requested. That individual came and left with no notice to the owner or to the customer so who knows what he did. This is horrible service I would never use this company again and would recommend others not use them.
