At First American Home Warranty's recommendation, I've called you twice to get an update on my HVAC replacement. First time, I left a message asking to call me back.....nothing. Second time, after getting the same phone message saying leave a message, I just hung up.
My claim has been open now since January 16 and there has been ZERO follow-up by your organization. Not happy!
