Dan was outstanding. He was extremely detailed about creating a total action plan for our home. There was no pressure to use all services but, he wanted us to know what was available to us and why it is a suggested service. In addition, he brought to our attention items that another service provider had not completed which we took immediate attention to rectify. Terminex was very flexible to work with us to accommodate the completion of that prior to starting our project.
