Unsuccessful in capturing groundhog. Instead trap caught a young opossum two separate times. Although this was an inevitable risk and a possible outcome (as we live in a forested area with lots of wildlife), my rating reflects an unsuccessful result. Despite this, the staff were very professional and courteous. If necessary again, I would use this organization because of their stressless service approach and timely responsiveness.
