Nothing but positive things to say about Bug Masters! I called inquiring about Carpenter Bees in my Holly bushes They recommended that if that was my only concern and I wasn't on a maintenance package, that I wait because of it being pollen season. I ended up signing a maintenance contract because of other issues and I am more than pleased with the attentiveness and service.
