I was very unhappy with the service I received. I was billed for 2 months and only had the service for less than 20 days. I was promised that I would not have to pay the service call fee which they did not honor. And they did not and are not will to refund me the funds. Also to cancel their service they charge me another month of fees. So in essence they received 3 months of payments and i only received one service which they could not possibly have done because i hired a new service provider who serviced the pool the day before. And the customer service is not good.
