I believe that that is a fungus in the turf. With all the rain and irrigation running 3 days . Our tech was on site few days before your visit and coverage is ok. Please re-evaluate. (Looks like Zoysia Brown Patch to me) I’m going to treat small area there with Heritage and will let you know if it works )
