We had a small house fire so home was opened up somewhat by ongoing repairs, thus made easy access to rodents. My main concern, as I told the guy there for the job, was to keep them out as we didn't live there while clean-up was going on. After your service, and $150.00 later, rodents still came in and after we had started staying there again. So 150 dollars for nothing.
