I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Germantown Pest Control. I have been a customer for years and trusted that the services I was paying for were helping protect my home. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with a brown recluse spider infestation, and the issue has not been resolved.

What is most frustrating is that each service representative who has come out has made comments suggesting that something could have been done differently or that a previous service visit may have contributed to the situation not being properly addressed. I was also recently told that the service plan I have been paying for does not actually address my current issue, leaving me feeling misled and very concerned that I have been paying for services that have not truly benefited my home.

Over time, I noticed that the service visits became shorter and shorter, and I went from having no visible spider issue to now having a serious problem. Despite being a long-term paying customer, I am now being told that I need to spend more than $1,000 to correct an issue that I believe should have been better managed or prevented through the services I was already receiving.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I feel that the level of service, communication, and accountability has been very disappointing, and I no longer have confidence in the value of the services provided.
