Very dissatisfied customer. I called to start pest control service with your company on 4/17/19, scheduled appointment for 5/4, the man that came out of great except when I made my appointment I had requested to have my attic checked as well as the basement and outside around the house, the man that came out on 5/4 did not brig a ladder to access my attic, he told me he would reschedule for the following Saturday 5/11 same time 9a- 11am, when I called to verify my appointment I was told the appointment was set for 3p -5p, which did not work for me, I rescheduled for 5/18 9a- 11am, I called on the 18th at 11am because no showed up and was told the person scheduled to come out did not show up for work, I asked why no one called no one had an answer, I requested to speak to a manager but none was available. I spoke with Ed and he seemed agitated by my concerns. On 5/28/19 I called again to inquiry about my service and finally was able to speak with a manager Eric, he made me feel it was my fault because the attic is an inspection and I got a technician, I told him that wasn't my problem to determine who you send. I was very upset and after talking to him I no longer wanted service with Paramount, by the way this would have been my 2nd time with your company. I asked Eric since I paid $150 for the initial visit but wasn't happy with the results afterwards can I receive part of my money back. He said he would have to send the request to the made office and someone would get back to me. Never heard from anyone so I called again on 5/31 and spoke with Matt, after speaking with him for about 30 minutes he said the request was never sent and he would send it and someone would contact me with 48 hours, today is 6/10/19 and I still have not heard from anyone. This is poor customer service.
