I recently signed a contract with Terminix. They scheduled an appointment for me without waiting for confirmation from me. The tech came out and sprayed outside the house. I told him on my ring I was not notified that they were coming and I would need him to come out. He sprayed outside anyway so that my first $150 charge would be taken. I called to schedule my inside service and set a time between 6 and 630pm. At 6:45 I had not heard from the tech. I called customer service and I was told it appears he’s running late. I asked if the customer was supposed to be notified that they were late. The agent told me they were supposed to. It is over 30 minutes past the time of my appointment and I have not seen or heard from the technician. There was no text, email or call prior to calling to remind or confirm the appointment. I expected much better service and I am extremely dissatisfied.
