Brandon is an excellent service technician. He is punctual, courteous, professional, patient with my disability needs, and is always pleasant to work with. He agreed to schedule my next appointment in advance for February since I am scheduled for right hip replacement on 2/19/19. He asked me to phone him in January to request the specific date/time I wanted for 2/13/19 from 10:00 a.m.to 12:00 p.m. I will be home before it is time to schedule my next appointment for mid-April. I am very satisfied with your service.
