What a mess of a business! Have been attempting to resolve ongoing, unauthorized billing from this company after repeatedly being asked to stop. I've dealt with this since aug of last year, through this time frame massage heights has gone through 3 managers! The most recent one, Danielle, told me she would accommodate a refund for unused and undesired services. I just received a call from a Bill here who said Danielle lied, they're not refunding anything. How unprofessional and fraudulent!
