The staff have been very prompt and efficient however I am concerned that they are not listening to our concerns about a squirrel entering from an outside hole in our siding - rather solely focused on mice - I will share this with the staff who come today for the 2nd visit of the 5....I have shared this and would hope someone would investigate this area using a ladder, etc. as each morning at the exact same time we hear the scraping....today included...
