Eco Pest Management was great to work with. The inspector arrived on time and conducted himself very professionally, after a positive indication for termites, he took all of the required measurements for a quotation, contacted his office and had a quotation prepared in a few minutes. Fortunately, they were available to begin the treatment the next morning. They arrived with a crew of 3 (one of which was the owner) and after introducing themselves went directly to work. They trenched around the entire foundation outside and under the house, around each pier, and drilled concrete where it met the foundation. They then treated the area. They installed new vapor barrier under the house and returned all of the landscaping materials around the foundation to their proper place. They were very polite, professional, answered all of my questions clearly, and worked great around my dog. While finding termites was a nightmare, finding a good local exterminator did make things better.
