I recently left a competitor company, after being with them for over seven years. I recently noticed that I had a lot of weeds growing, and thus, called them to do a spray. Instead of them coming out and spraying, they sent a supervisor to look at the lawn. This was only the second time I had ever contacted them to do an extra spray. It was an act of congress to get them out to spray after this, due to the front office being so disorganized. When they came, the spray was so inferior, you could hardly tell that they cane. At that point, it was time to call OES. I am so glad that I made the change! I also brought my neighbor to OES, and her service is also so much better. Now, we both have had a great reduction in our weeds. If the other company had focused on the customer’s concerns and provided a quality product, they would have not lost two unhappy customers. OES Is awesome!!!
