No I'm not happy. I was told by the technician that he would need to come out on a special trip to treat the sedge in my yard because he did not carry the chemicals on his truck. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 weeks to get someone to tell me when that will be. I text and leave messages and no one has the courtesy to call me back. If you can't return a simple phone call to a customer then what else will you not do well? I will probably cancel my service.
