We have been Legacy customers for over 10 years. The technicians have always proven to be knowledgeable and professional. We particularly appreciated their demeanor when having to extract deceased rats from under the house some years back -- Problem Solved Permanently, by the way. We also appreciate the ease of scheduling service visits each month, and that Duane is always punctual. He even has become a friend to our poodle.
