From Day 1, I have been thoroughly impressed with the Terminix service. Our NC vacation home is on the water in a very rural area where I've encountered types and quantities of bugs I've not seen before (outside). I told our Terminix technician (Maurice-an outstanding young man) that job One was to keep the spiders outside and any other critters that aren't paying rent. Maurice has done just that. The only bug(s) that I've ever seen inside the home are ones that flew in behind us seeking the light, and those are few and far between.
I can't say enough good things about Maurice and his expertise and professionalism. He's engaging, accommodating, and thorough. In fact, I schedule my treatments based on his availability.
One last thing: Terminix provides the best bang for the buck - their pricing is very competitive. You can't go wrong if you choose them.
