Made payment in April and bait stations not filled until August. Thorough job not completed as it appears crawlspace wasn't inspected due to cobwebs/spiderwebs completely covering man hole still...no way this guy went in the crawlspace. I also believe some of the bait stations were not filled. Inspection form states 20 were inspected but all are not uncovered by pinestraw etc so I can tell which ones were looked at. Each year after making payment there seems to be a huge delay in completing the work. Definitely my last year with Terminix.
