The service was great, however the initial inspection was not informative enough at all. I stated that we needed flea treatment and it was also documented as such because the person who was treating the house showed up and they knew they were there for fleas. We didn’t know AT ALL, that the house needed to be vacated, that items needed to be 3 feet off the ground, and that our pets couldn’t be in the house. We had an active problem, so we couldn’t reschedule, so at 5:30 in the evening, we needed to scramble to get a hotel room for the night that could accommodate our pets, which cost almost as much as the treatment. My significant other and myself are both active duty military, and didn’t have the flexibility to reschedule, has we known this was going to happen, we would have done an appointment earlier in the day, and got pet care which would have been cheaper than the option we were forced to use. I called Terminix on the day of there service to provide this feedback, and was told that I would get a phone call from a regional manger today (15OCT) to talk about reducing the $185 we had to spend on this treatment, with the major inconvenience on my family, and I never received this phone call. My significant other said she received a phone call from the initial inspector apologizing and offering a coupon. I don’t think this equals what occurred. With all this being said, the person who treated the house was phenomenal, and deserves to be lauded by his leadership. His name was Tyler. Thank you.
