The technician who came was very thorough and explained the process well. He was only able to treat the inside of the house because of rainy weather but promised to return when the weather settles.
The treatment inside has done wonders to eliminate nearly all of the bugs that were troubling me. Lady bug-like creatures seem to be totally eliminated. Tiny black ants still appear, but in far fewer numbers.
