I had an emergency situation when the cleaning lady discovered bed bugs on my son's mattress. I called various exterminators who weren't able to get to me that day. I was highly recommended to Suburban. I spoke with Justin who calmed me down immediately and said someone will be there within two hours. He also assured me that if the exterminator confirmed that it was bed bugs, he will rearrange schedules to have someone there the next day doing the treatment. Unfortunately it was bed bugs and VERY fortunately I found Suburban! They were amazing, true to their word and reasonably priced! . They were there and treated it. Everyone was such a pleasure to deal with and they did everything in their power to get the situation under control as quickly as possible. THANK YOU!
