I forgot the name of your staff but all I can say he was very courteous and helpful. He was at my house last friday (27th), did his thing for the ants and I haven't seen one little critter since. I am quite happy with your service, however having said that I found that the initial person who came here (olivier) was quite pushy, nice but pushy. I got the impression he would not take no for an answer so I felt a bit pushed into this purchase. however, as I said earlier, your service was quite appropriate for the pests around my home.
