The first assessment I felt reassured in working with Terminix, but when the tech came out, it seemed a bit minimal. Rather than going through everything, it was a bit rushed and we saw more pests inside our home after service than before. Not sure if that was normal but I would have expected to be primed. I hope the next service is better detailed.
