We were on the search for a regular provider for pest and termite service and finally decided on Arsenal. They showed up on time for a review of the property and their services, provided a timely quote, answered questions, and were very understanding about the pets in our home. Their safety was a top priority. On the day of service, John did an excellent job. He was thorough, updated us on his progress, and respected the property. It's hard to find companies that make customer service a priority. Arsenal does, and we look forward to working with them for years to come. They took the worry away.

It would seem that we signed with you to get rid of our rat problem. If we are having to remove dead rats the house that is not something we want to do.

We are very happy, there are far less bees now since our home was treated.

John Scheuer called me at just the right time. I had killed a few bugs that I didn't want in my home and was thinking I needed an exterminator. He came to my home the next morning prepared to do the job. He was friendly and efficient. I agreed to a reasonably priced quarterly treatment. Since John was here I have only seen a few bugs and they were dead.
