Jason called me and indicated that he would arrive in 15 minutes and asked if that time worked for me. We agreed and he arrived right on time. Jason did a thorough review of the water heater, piping, pressure and components. He indicated what would need to be replaced and why. Jason was punctual, thorough, friendly and professional. My experience with Bell Cow was terrible. I will never use them again if I have to pay out of my pocket. The technician didn't know what he was doing and he stayed on the phone more than he worked on my unit. He really didn't work on it. He was just looking at it.

I am not the tenant but the owner of the property. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the service by Bell Cow HVAC company. The information relayed to me from my property manager is that they went a step above to get us on the schedule due to a medical concern of a tenant in the home. I believe they gave an honest and professional assessment of the system and got the unit back into operation (producing heat). I even got a call from Doug who was not assigned the job but checked to see if a tech had shown up. Then the next day I got a call from a lady at the company checking to see if my concern was addressed also. Nothing but top notch professionals and one I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a job well done.

The technician that came to check out system was nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. However there was no urgency to submit a report to the warranty company for parts. This has left us without heat for a week during 32 degree nightly tempatures.

Cant really rate your company because no one has told us anything. Doug did fine, but no one has informed us of what is being covered and/or if we need to be responsible for the work. There are several cold weather days ahead and it would be nice to know if the parts are in progress for being received. without this communication, we don't know what to do and I need to assure my home is warm for my family

Office did not call to let us know our technician would not be able to make our 9-1 o'clock time frame. We had to call at 1:00 and they said he would be between 2-3 and that he would call when he was on his way. He did come on time we but did nor receive a call that he was on his way. The office should give courtesy calls when they know a technician is not going to make time frame.
Doug was a great technician and was exceptionally helpful and patient in evaluating our problem and explaining to us what our solution should be.
So my rating and likelyhood of recommending your company is due to not receiving courtesy call not technicians service. That was excellent.

I advised the tech that there were numerous parts that needed to be repaired/replaced according to the company who performed the routine tune-up (they didn't even touch anything because of the repairs needed to even run the system and suggested I needed a new one). The tech replaced one part and I told him it would likely not be a long-term solution. Now, it's one week later and it doesn't work again.

I was in a meeting so was not free to interact with Jack well. (NOT his problem!) I do wish that I had been given an estimate for what the job will cost once the part is ordered. Also, my credit card info was written inaccurately, so Brenda needed to call me to get the info. Unfortunately, instead of inputting $75, she withdrew $750 off my debit card. Due to it taking awhile to get refunded, this has resulted in a challenging time with my finances! The work is not complete yet, so I do not yet know how likely I am to recommend your services to another person.

He came on 10/23 to Check the job I was planning to do, left and told me he will give the quote in 2-3 days but till now, 11/3, I still don't have any quote and I called tourvoffice 2-3 times. Too bad experience. I will not recommend Bell Cow to anyone.

the tech Matt was very nice and got me working, but that is all that I can say good about the entire experience. The company is hard to work with, the techs don't have what they need on their trucks. it took multiple days and trips. they did not do what they said they were going to do, and had me waiting on the city inspectors when they hadnt even paid for the permit. Horrible Experience, would NOT use them again.

I have to say the service and quick turnaround was amazing. My tech was very knowledge and the installation was smooth. In addition to him responding to my calls quickly, when the home warranty company did not have the PO ready, Melinda took the matter over and made sure the PO was sent and that I was able to have the tank installed today. Technician was excellent. We will not be doing business with you in the future. I had to call you to schedule the maintenance agreement we had already paid for. Last year the staff in the office was self-centered and seem annoyed at having to answer questions. We were told we could not talk to the finance office as they were too busy. Go figure. We are finished with you.
