Aaron and Al installed a tankless water heater at out house and we could not be happier with their service and professionalism. Aaron also gave the quote and when he realized it was more prudent to put the unit further away from the gas line to ensure the clearance needed to pass inspection, he said, "I quoted you and my price stands" -- even though they needed to do extra work. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and explained the options on our new water heater. We will definitely use them for my plumbing, HVAC or other needs going forward. Aaron made us a customer for life!

My experience with Bell Cow was nothing but positive. Parts of the structures of my garage door frames were damaged by termites. Bell Cow was contracted to repair/restore the structural damages. They did fabulous carpentry work of structural repairing to replace the damaged header and supporting frames. The professional service they provided was impressive. Manager Bernie was very responsive and on the task. Carpenter John is experienced, smart, well-organized, and committed - the type of experts I can always trust to get jobs done right. Thank you team for such an impressive job, your hard work, and professionalism too! If I ever need a carpentry work done in the future, I will call you immediately.

I’ve had a great experience with Bell Cow. Nick was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain my list of questions. He helped me understand the process of removing and installing my new unit. He and Frank did a wonderful job. I’d use Bell Cow again bc of their service alone.

Upon first contact, the scheduler was very pleasant to speak with and we were given an appointment the next day. Sam, the technician was extremely prompt! We explained to him what issues we were having with our heating unit. He spent time inspecting the unit and then proceeded to explain in detail what was wrong with the unit and what our options were moving forward. He was very detailed and very patient in hearing and answering our questions! Sam was extremely knowledgeable and also very personable and respectful. We will not hesitate to call on Bell Cow Services again! Thank you.

We are very satisfied with our new HVAC and Heating Units. Bell Cow staff were very helpful in recommending exactly what we needed. After comparing the same units with other companies, we found that our decision to go with Bell Cow was the right one at the best cost. The HVAC technicians, Nick Wood and Eliseo Perez, were very professional, courteous and thorough. They worked hard and the cleanup was perfect! We have shared our experience with Bell Cow with several of our friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again for electrical and plumbing needs.

Bell Cow came over to perform routine maintenance on our heater that we had paid for in advance. He charged us an additional $640 to fix things he said wasn’t working with the furnace. After he left, our furnace which worked fine before he serviced it, stopped working. We called Bell Cow and asked them to come back out to turn it back on that night since the temperature was going to drop to 32 degrees that night. They said they would not. And instead had the same guy come by again the following morning. He fixed it. And it lasted for a full day this time. And then stopped working again. So again we slept in a cold house because they felt no obligation to fix it before that night and felt we should wait until the following morning. After the worked on a third time, it seems to be working about as well as it did before they ever came over. But it has only been a week.

Technician was excellent. He found unconnected ductwork in my crawl space. I’ve had technicians out here to work on my heater and no one ever noticed. Now I know why my electric bill is so high. So thank you very much you just might have saved me a lot of money.

First, I have expressed that my husband Michael was deceased,yet the companies associates,still insists on calling and asking for him, first. This contractor is solely in my name also.I was unsatisfied, initially, due to the wait time for scheduling, due to my ceiling leak growing,as I awaited for repair. Then the company having to leave my residence still with no AC and having to returning to repair and replace parts of what was previous and newly broken down.
Great customer service! They return your calls, are professional, concerned about providing quick and consistent customer service. Employees seem happy to work for this company which in turns makes for a great experience for me as a customer.

I was given a 4-hour window for the technician to arrive. Normally, most technicians arrive at the end of the window and that’s what I expected this time. I was very surprised when he, not only arrived on time, but actually got to my house before I could get there and was waiting for me. The service on my air conditioner was great and he submitted all the necessary documentation directly to my warranty company.

I was very pleased with the service and work done by Bell Cow. The bathroom fixture replacement work for me was done over two appointments. Both technicians, Juan Lopez and William, were excellent. They were professional, courteous and informative. As well they were on time and their clean up was proficient. I would highly recommend Bell Cow for any plumbing project.
