The gentleman that came on Saturday to address the original hornet problem did not complete his job and left without me knowing it. As far as your company goes, you are the best.. The gals in the office are kind, friendly and professional. They understood the issue with it being my Airbnb and made it happen to get the problem remedied..

Thus far, service has been great. The estimator, Joshua, was on time and extremely informative about my problem and the proposed solution: mole eradication. He even followed up by phone afterwards.
The technician, Jason, was also on time and immediately got started and explained what I should expect. The initial treatment did not eliminate the moles yet, but I have two more treatments scheduled.

Nick came out and did wood repair on rot. Did great and had more plywood and fixed openings on stairs sides to close off openings. Mo set a couple of mosquitoe traps and sprayed for ants and termites. Set out a couple of rodent stations.

Isiah could not have completed his job faster. I don’t think he was here more than 15 minutes. I wonder if he did a good job. Furthermore, He left the right gate open and did nit put the locks back on the gates. This better nit happen again. I have never had any other Technicion do this before.

Fast service, but the termites are still in my residence and coming from the same spot they treated. It was not a successful treatment and I spent over $2200 for the treatment.
