I had a HUGE spider and insect problem at my new house. Had is the key word. These guys are AMAZING. After the first visit the was a major improvement. After the second visit I've had no issues. So far has not been effective at all. Didn't have any rodents at time we setup service, we had just moved in and wanted to stay ahead of rodent and bugs as we didn't know the area yet. We got 4 poison boxes installed. No issue for first couple of months, but then got rats. Trapped two already. Can hear at least one more in the wall I still need to catch.

I needed some wood repair on side of my garage and under a part of my roof and it was done poorly and incomplete the first time. However, when contacted about this, the person's boss came out and made sure it got fixed properly and no additional cost. I find Big Time Pest Control a little expensive but they do have a lot of quality people working there and I appreciate their good attitudes under varying degrees of difficulty and trying to get work done.
