As usual, you guys are amazing. As I'm allergic to bee's, I need my house coated nicely to keep them away. The gentleman that sprayed by house, I can't remember his name, listened to my request and took care of it quickly. It has been over a week now, and so far no lingering bee's. Our Braman service guy, Albert, arrived on time, was very helpful and checked all our traps left at previous visit. Only issue he didn’t check space in garage and above our attic space above back bedroom where initial mice problem was. First person, Wyatt went checked this area and as far as I know put traps in that area. Hope we don’t have problem in that area once it warms up. So far everything seems to have been resolved.

The technician was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He walked through my rooms with me and was pleased to see that I had prepared them for the treatment. He notified me when he completed the job and told me what time I could enter my home. He was unable to treat the exterior of my home due to the weather. He said he would come back to do that when the weather allowed. So far I haven't noticed any activity after the first two days post treatment. Hopefully that will continue.

NO I am not happy with your service! I called in for mice in my office and was supposed to receive a follow up service call and I am still waiting, been almost a month. This is a business just like you are and the level of service is not there. Not even a follow up phone call. I did not call pest control to have a bunch of traps left and no follow up. I paid $200 for something my maintenance staff could have done for $50.

We're not receiving timely call backs when we call for additional service. Debbie, our clerk, many times has to call back to find out: when someone will be on site, what time they are scheduled to be on campus, etc.
She is finding Lisa in the office is the most responsive. We are still determining whether we are happy with the service. We are just finighing up on our first 3 months.

Albert came on Monday to spray the yellowjackets on the front of our house. I know it can take days for the pests to be completely gone. It is Thursday and there is still a lot of activity at the site. I will wait more and keep checking. I will call if action does not stop.
