I have nothing praise for your tech Jeremy. We’ve been with your company many years now and have had some great experiences with techs like Mica but Jeremy is special. He’s dedicated to fulfilling your company’s goals of great lawn care. Which he does. Really appreciate the service and support we get from Brocks Lawn and Pest Control. Blessings to all.

I always used to receive an invoice that detailed what was done and the amount of product used. The last few months I only receive a bill for service with no explanations. Also no sign left in yard or door hanger. I'd like to know what was done in the future.

I appreciated the fact that the employees always contacted me and discussed what their plan was for the day. I am disappointed that I have as many weeds as I do. In my last conversation with my yard care person he said it was a common problem this year, which I guess I understand, however the gentleman who came out last year to sign me onto Brock told me to “give him a year to get rid of my weed problem,” but I have more weeds now than I had then.

Brock was easy to work with!! professional and prompt!! we moved out of state so no longer using them. but i encouraged our home buyer to continue!!!

Tech came out, super knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Can’t say much about the product they use just yet as it was just put down but with the talent of their employee and state of the art equipment my guess is it will be great.

Technician was on time and courteous. He performed the service in a timely manner and asked we had any questions. He was very professional and thanked us for choosing Brock.

This was my first lawn service application and William was great. He explained what he was going to do and what I needed to do in the future to better maintain my lawn.

Poor guy didn’t know what he was suppose to do. Brand new sod. Lots of weeds missed.

I'm not going to select any stars because the first visit didn't go the way I wanted it to go.
I saw your truck outside and went out to talk to the technician. He stated he was already done. I had asked that I be alerted with a text when he was on his way. That didn't happen. I explained that I have two dogs and I would need to make sure they are secure. He stated he checked by calling for the dogs. I advised him that one of my dogs is deaf. He could yell all day long and he wouldn't hear him. I also stated that my dogs probably wouldn't bite him, but I don't know because I don't know what would happen if they were surprised in their yard. I also explained I was more worried that they would get loose and get hit by a car. That would be a very large problem.... I also told him that very soon I would have locks on my gates, and I would have to know when he is coming so I can 1. secure my dogs, 2. unlock the gates and 3. clean up dog mess. I can be a very loyal customer, but my requests need to be met or I won't be able to stay a customer.
My wife pointed out to me that there are cobwebs right outside the front door. I hope that gets resolved next time. I will be knocking them down myself this time. If the hurricane doesn't first.....

Very agressive sales representative (Johnny Miles). Bad mouthed my current termite service and made some startling statements about what would happen to my house from termite damage if I didn't enroll in his termite program. Almost didn't agree to the ant service because of his sales techniques. Technician explained what he was doing to satisfy my concerns with the Argentine ants around my pool. He represented your company very well.

Brian always does awsome job, friendly and professional.

Everyone has been very professional. HOWEVER, today (Sunday) I have three (3) rats sitting on my back fence. Need to have the traps checked as they are NOT doing their job. HELP.
