Michael Lynch did a fantastic job of getting rid of two wasp nests that had taken up residence on our house. He negotiated a reasonable price, and he fixed the problem on the spot. Now it's like those wasps were never there. I would definitely recommend Century.

This place is awful, and they know it. There's a basic rule to business; good businesses attract good employees and bad businesses don't. Century has awful customer service, and their technicians are laughably bad. More on them later, but first I'd like to warn you about their salesperson. He is excellent, and this makes you overly comfortable about the rest of your experience. Our technician came and basically told us he did a bad job and didn't use the strongest treatment that he could have, and when I asked for an emergency reapplication they offered one 6 days in the future. Gee, thanks for caring about me! You might as well have said "no" because you know I couldn't wait that long. Anyway, I asked for a refund and was told "no" just because of no real reason, and when I asked for a partial review "for them to impress me the least bit before I left a bad review" the customer service rep said, "Go ahead and leave a bad review." There's that caring for the customer magic once again! Looking back, I feel like she WANTED the bad review. I suppose she was busy looking for a new job when I called. Oh, and don't bother leaving an after-hours emergency call; the service they use can't hear you, drags you through what seems like a thousand questions, and no one calls you back anyhow. Tim arrived on time, polite, professional and very knowable in his trade, requirements and Maryland state policies. The technician he sent to apply the termite pretreatment used excellent and skillful tradesman practices.

If I were to find any fault was not excited he repeated all cc information to another person over the phone Va using something more secure. Really hoping my cc info was not just compromised.

Century was the only company I talked to who would take care of the dead skunk in our yard and try to trap the live one. The inspector came out the same day and William came the next day to take care of the dead skunk and set a trap. We haven't caught the skunk yet but we did trap and release a racoon. We are very pleased and appreciative of all the Century has done to remedy our situation. Thank you!

I just want to thank all of you for making this process so painless. Gary was able to come out on a Saturday, assess the situation, and then recommend and set up the appropriate actions. Will and Justin were here promptly the following Monday and were able to seal up one hole and install a one-way "gate" at the other, all in about 45 minutes. They were back the following week and removed the gate, sealing up that hole, and all in about a half-hour. Gary called me later that morning and checked that everything was okay. From start to finish, all of these guys were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I commend all of them highly.

Excellent professional wasp control service from Chad today. He arrived promptly at the start of the time window, was extremely courteous, and after a few questions explained exactly what steps he would take to kill the wasps. He did a thorough job and told me what to expect in the next 72 hours.
