On Wednesday December 13, 2023, my wife and I met Matt and Forrest, both of whom are technicians employed with Eden Advanced Pest Technologies.
We are happy that we met these two because we were totally confused about what was going on with pest treatment in our apartment in Cheney WA. When Forrest first announced himself, he was very cordial and listened as I explained our concerns. We were apprehensive because we did not have a clear explanation of what to expect and what protections we had as tenants in this procedure. Forrest was informative and assured me that he would talk to his supervisor. Approximately 10 minutes later Matt came to our apartment and began to explain that he is the service manager. He further explained that he understood our concerns based on Forrest"s briefing him about our conversation. He further reassured us that he thought everything would be OK. I informed him that I understood that he was a professional, but we had other information that gave us concern about the safety of our property. We asked him to guarantee no damage to our property or allow us time to find suitable storage while the procedure was completed. Matt said that he was going to look at things and would contact us in short order. Shortly, Matt returned with a great solution to our concerns. He made us comfortable with their presence and activities.
I want to say that this service team is very good. We knew what to expect and were reassured that we were dealing with professionals. Thank you to Eden Advanced Pest Technologies.

No we are not happy you killed all my plants you destroyed my furnace thermostat you melted plumbing in the basement you didn't put heat on the storage area like you said you would I don't believe you even sprayed in the garage you broke knik naks etc piss poor is my rating.

Eden pest is phenomenal. We had really bad earwigs. Within the first service the problem was gone. We continue to use them to keep rodents and insects at bay. 10/10 would recommend.

Very thorough inspection and application of products. So far, we’ve only seen dead bugs... We had concerns about typical pests and he went above and beyond. They even consider what “might” be a future concern and took the necessary actions for prevention. This is our first service and we expect that we will have peace of mind from this point forward.

Excellent professionals to work with while dealing with the Landlord's nightmare situation of bedbugs! Tenants didn't report the problem until they'd wasted valuable months trying to "self treat," during which time infestation became more severe. Eden came in quickly and strong with high heat treatments and chemical sprays. They're a knowledgeable team with years of experience. We're very happy with the results of their treatments and definitely recommend them.

Eden Advanced Pest Technologies has been reliable, consistent and very personable. I have been a customer for several years and have been very satisfied with their technicians. They listen carefully and then explain where they will spray. They always remind me to keep my pets inside for several hours after spraying which I appreciate.
I no longer have the ant infestations that plagued me in the past. So as long as I have bugs, I will use Eden!
