I would prefer paying when service is done or receiving a statement in the mail. A lot if times I do not read my emails. Would this be possible? I asked your man when I saw him outside, but he said you will get a bill. Thank you.

great customer service, great employees. I would give 5 stars but every time they do a bed bug heat treatment I have to call and request bed covers. They are supposed to be included. THEY SHOULD HAVE MULTIPLE SIZES ON THE TRUCK WHEN THEY COME FOR SERVICE. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT TIME FRAMES COMES OUT TO GET MY BED COVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I'm very pleased with the service rendered by your employees. Two applications to date and both of your employees took the time to listen to what I've observed and responded with solid suggestions. Today I relayed an observation; I discovered a possible entrance to the inside and I was planning on using expanding foam to plug and your tech suggested steel wool as an alternative as it's hard to chew and painful to a mouse. Roger did exclusion work because we had evidence of burrowing with dirt piled up inside the crawl space. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It wasn't cheap, but after seeing the photos he took of the crawl of the before and after, I didn't feel nearly as bad to spend all that money to keep critters from getting into the house. He is definitely a great representative for the company. Frame's has been around a long time and has a good reputation. I would recommend them.

Robert, it is a guaranteed service and there will be no charge of you would like us to come back. When we are treating between rain showers it doesn't bother us because the areas we are trying to get most of the chemical is in cracks, crevices, vents and other areas where rain doesn't get. We are sorry you weren't satisfied with the service and again we will always come back out if you request. Thank you for your patronage.

We have a problem with yellow jackets nesting in our house. Frames sprays inn the spring to prevent them getting in and they come again if necessary if the bees find another way in. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and prompt. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can call them to resolve any problem I have.
