We have been a bit disappointed lately as we have had what was determined to be fungus gnats even though we don't have many plants in the building at all. We weren't sure if they were fruit flies or gnats. The apple cups were laid around the building and the gnats are still here flying in our faces, landing on our coffee cups, etc. The source of the gnats has not yet been determined by your company and has been going on for 6 months. It was increasingly getting worse and has gotten a bit better, but we are still dealing with it and thinking about changing pest control companies. (Although we have always been satisfied with your service until now.)
Also, we had to replace one of the bird deterrents on the roof and a wind power instead of a solar power model was ordered. Your tech Pedro came (A definite PLUS to your company.) to install and told me he noticed all were solar but the one he brought was wind powered. We feel like someone should have checked our account closely enough to have ordered the correct item. You certainly don't have to put this on your website as I wouldn't malign your company there, but if management could take a look at these issues and take action, it would be appreciated. Thank you. I have a commercial account, Home Paramount is supposed to come monthly on first Tuesday of the month, to both of our locations, but they haven't come since November and haven't communicated at all.

I would love to leave a 5 star review but they rate a 3 1/2 or 4. When their good techs come, they cover all the bases. they check all the traps, ask about problems and service all of the shop. When a not so good tech comes, they miss some things like traps with animals in them and spraying areas that needed spraying. I was also left out of Home Paramount's rotation for service for several months and no one there caught the oversight. When I called them to ask why I was not receiving services, they promptly to corrected the problem, but my tech tells me that we are on the schedule very early and we do not open that early so it is going to happen again unfortunately unless I make the call to change our service time. So, this is what is holding them back from getting a 5 star review.

Michael Tolver is extremely responsive, and we appreciate the service he has provided since he started....BUT 90% of the time we are being billed for services not rendered. Tenants are telling us that no one is showing us and we are getting invoices.

I receive a call when a tech needs to get into 2508 Plainfield Rd. I don't get a call when a tech needs to get in to 7611 German Hill Rd. Last 5-6 visits all I get is a bill for incomplete work. If the tenant is the there, the techs can enter the offices from the shop to spray but they can't get upstairs. I have to let them up there. Plus the ext. bait boxes are in need of replacement bait/poison or they are empty after a tech visit.
Have not seen any techs or invoices for 900 / 1000 Merritt Blvd. for months. |

My Tech (Ricky) is always the trained professional. His communication skills with all the units is welcoming. He informs them of the process and ask them if they have any concerns.
